I have dedicated my entire 20-plus-year career to improving, innovating, and transforming ecosystems to achieve dramatically improved educational and societal outcomes reliably and at scale. I thrive in guiding and coaching organizational and social entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to catalyze and accelerate systems change throughout the formal and informal learning ecosystem—early childhood development, elementary through postsecondary education, and workforce and economic development—at the international, national, regional, state, and local levels.

I work in co-creative partnerships to think differently about the problems to be solved and the systems in which they’re situated. I create new value together with a broad array of stakeholders, including organizational leadership and teams, nonprofit and legislative boards and committees, professional practitioners, community stakeholders, and a broad network of academics and researchers.

I thrive in the ambiguity of operating in, understanding, and navigating complex systems and helping others to learn their ways to success in these contexts.
